This 8,000-acre private property offers many wonderful hiking trails and outdoor adventures. Located on Lookout Mountain, Tennessee and featuring stunning overlooks and waterfalls. This special spot only opens its gates to the public during the first and last weekend of each month, you’ll want to catch it while you can!

Big Soddy Creek Gulf Trail

11721 Back Valley Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379

This 5 mile out and back trail is located near Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and is accessible year-round. A hike for all skill levels offering walking, running, mountain biking and hiking. This trail not only features a waterfall but your dogs are also welcome if kept on a leash!

Raccoon Mountain

Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Raccoon Mountain includes around 30 miles of intermediate to advanced trails. The Reservoir Loop is 13.5 miles and features a pond and views of the surrounding mountains. This spot is also known for being one of  Chattanooga’s most popular mountain biking locations.
